La Habra’s track team hosted Sunny Hills Thursday afternoon. While the throwers (shot put and discus) won and the sprinters took the individual victory for the Highlanders, La Habra came up short in the distance and the jumping events and hurt them in the overall score on varsity.
However, the Highlander freshman/sophomore team notched up another team victory.
