Bruno Fernandes’ goal secured victory for Manchester United in the match against Burnley.

In Burnley at Turf Moor Stadium, the 6th round of the Premier League concluded with the local Burnley hosting Manchester United. The match ended with a 1-0 victory for the away team. The only goal was scored by Bruno Fernandes in the 45th minute, assisted by Johnny Evans. Interestingly, Evans had previously scored a goal himself, but it was disallowed due to offside.

In the second half, Burnley launched numerous attacks and could have leveled the score, but they failed to breach the opponent’s goal. Burnley attempted 12 shots in this match, while Manchester United attempted 11.

Thanks to this victory, Eric ten Hag’s team put an end to a two-game losing streak in the Premier League. The Manchester team has now accumulated 9 points and climbed to 8th place in the league table, while Burnley, with 1 point, sits at the bottom of the table.
